I have case of sec 375 for sexually exploiting on basis if false marraige and harming during pregnancy.the accused was arrested and his parents agreed for accepting me later he got bail and his parents backed off recently he went to UP to get married. I also sent legal notice to the women and her family but she denied to accept it. The case is currently in hearing stage. Police failed to make proper investigation they did not remove the cctv of the location where the accused AKHILESH INDRABAHADUR SINGH had physical bitten me during my pregnancy causing loss of my baby.
